“This the second FIVE star review of Burnett Automotive in the last year. I recently bought tires for my wife's car which was a terrific experience. They helped me with the pricing and selection that best fit her car. My car had to be looked at for a challenging repair on the suspension. I never even thought about taking it to the dealership. Jordan and Chadd identified the problem and were relentless about getting it fixed and fixed right. Many other shops would have given up but they got it done and fixed at a very fair price. From greeting you at the door, to communication, service and price, I would highly recommend using them for all your auto tire and repair needs.”

“When we bought our daughter's car, the dealership assured us that the cigarette smoke smell would fade since they treated it with ozone. We even Had it detailed twice. “- Transmission Pan Leak -
On bad advice I dropped the transmission pan with the intent of replacing a filter on a CVT transmission… bad idea. Stripped a couple of aluminum bolt hole threads in the transmission. I don’t have a lift and didn’t want to chance installing a time cert or heli coil in the driveway. Took the car here to Certified Transmission to have the threads repaired and in doing so replace fluid and gasket.
The price was in line with what I was seeing suggested for the work on the Internet.
So far so good. Just wanted that transmission pan sealed up tight to get another 60k miles.”

“Brought in my Subaru Forester for some long overdue TLC. I had a broken tire arm, two missing lugnut studs, and needed an alignment. I am bringing him back in for more work as soon as I can. These guys were great. Down to earth personalities, didn't try to sell me anything extra. They were polite, to the point and did good work..it's really the exact thing you need in a shop.”

“Everyone was nice. They did the work that that was promised and I’m sure they did a good job. However I do question something: I needed new tires and they gave me a quote for about $1200. They also said I needed new windshield wipers. I asked if they could throw in the windshield wipers at no charge and I’ll buy the tires. They told me no. So I literally took the car about a quarter-mile down the road and got top-of-the-line brand new tires for about $700 including new wipers. I was prepared to move forward at the dealership with my thinking being that those windshield wipers probably cost them about 10 bucks. I guess I lucked out because I saved about $500 and my car has never driven smoother than it does today. Otherwise these guys they’re nice guys they typically do a good job I just think they left some good business on the table that’s a lot of money.
Update: I have a 25 1/2 Volvo XC 90. I love the way it drives. I love the way. What I hate is the touchscreen On the dashboard. It’s been a little over With it, it’s just not user-friendly or Very responsive. I find myself Having to hit the Get a response. And after about a year, it seems like the button Than they did when I first Meaning, I have to reset the display Quite often. For example, just to hear music sync I have to reset the dashboard console Otherwise, it just won’t work. The other thing I dislike about this car is when you stop The air conditioner stops working. For anybody in the Midwest, you know how often you get stuck During the summer. Well, with this car, the air conditioner, cut cuts out and You ended up sweating your ass off. I have friends with hybrid vehicles of other Doesn’t happen. Those are my two big beefs With the car. Sidenote: I like the old leather that Volvo used to use for Than whatever this material is they use now It’s more comfortable with the old style”

“Adam is by far the best mechanic in town. I've been going to this guy for three years now, and I am never taking my cars anywhere else.
This guy fixed my AC, a valve gasket leak, brakes, rotors and more than i'll ever know how to do. Even if it's a problem I think I can fix myself, I'll call about him and he'll tell me exactly what to look for. Thats how much of a stand-up guy Adam is.
I was going to other mechanics around Lenexa before and they were overcharging and over-fixing every time I had a problem and I can tell you Adam is nothing like that. He is honest and upfront about everything with your car and I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else's hands.
He's also got tons of stories about his life. Next time you're in there ask him about the time he fought MMA. Or the time he jumped a side-by-side off a ramp, DUKES OF HAZZARD style!”
