“Awesome instructions for assembly. Even some of the online videos missed some important steps that were covered in the manual.We’re both 70 and this unit is perfect for us. My wife broke an ankle 90 days ago. The Teeter LT3 is working great for her rehab. I really like that I can put my iPad or IPhone on the stand, watch something and do my workout. Unit is very quite, tension settings can be set to fit us, reclining and padded seat is awesome.I’m hopping that I can find an add on head rest for when I try workouts designed for that fully reclined position.Thanks to Push, Pedal, Pull Store in Overland Park, Kansas for stocking the Teeter and , of course, to Teeter for designing such a great workout machine that isn’t a budget buster. Called in and told them what’s going on the lady who helped me said it was an error on their end apologized and is having them resent out with free express shipping. “I want to thank the folks at New Balance for setting me up with some great shoes!I saw Walt Closer first (unfortunately, he's since retired), who was extremely thorough and measured my feet to determine my current shoe size, which is 8.5. (As we age, our feet may change in size due to flattening of the arches.) Walt said that my forefoot was wide but my rearfoot was normal to narrow. He suggested a normal width of shoe but I asked to try a wide width. I liked the pair I tried on in the store, and as I was walking around they were comfortable.When I got home and started using them, I discovered that my heel was slipping up and down (Note to self: Listen to the shoe salesman! He knows what he's talking about!). Since I'd worn them several times, I needed to figure out some kind of modification. They were still comfortable, aside from the heel slippage, and I didn't want to give them up.I went back to the New Balance store and talked with Ayden. Hurray!! There is such a thing as a tongue pad, which adheres to the underside of the tongue of the shoe, keeping the midfoot secure and preventing the rearfoot from rising up out of the shoe. We tried them on my shoes, and they worked perfectly!! Now I'm back to wearing my New Balance shoes and love them. Thank you to Ayden for his knowledge and ability to come up with a modification! And thank you to Walt for his expertise in fitting shoes! The New Balance team is GREAT!”

“I worked with Michael to have a custom player name and number added to my jersey. They were replica letters for Portugal. First, it was difficult to get the letters ordered, but Michael stayed on it and even called multiple times with updates. After getting the letters in he helped us get them put on, then had the jersey shipped to us at no extra cost. The person that put the numbers on placed the jersey number in the wrong spot on the front, however. I called back and spoke with Michael about the issue. He was very friendly and professional. He worked with the store manager to come up with a solution. They ended up refunding us for the jersey. They re-ordered the numbers & letters and he kept me updated by phone throughout the process. On the day he was back in the store to coordinate having them put on, he sent me a text picture to ensure it was exactly what we wanted first. Jersey is again being shipped to my house at no extra cost. Michael provided above and beyond service without a doubt! If I were the owner of this store, I would be very proud to have Michael on my team and would be trying to figure out a way to promote him! Thanks for all the help!”

“I visited here today to pick up some AF1s for a lady friend and it was a super pleasant experience. Tenska, Tameya and Cashét were really sweet, funny and helpful. Some of these negative reviews appear to be posted by the classic playa hatin Joco females.These girls were very knowledgeable about the shoes and the conversation and vibe was great. Don't mind the haters, and come here if you need shoes for a kid or if you're a gal shopping for yourself and wear youth sizes. It was a good time. They were wise beyond their years.”
