Could have been handled in a minute with live operator; as is, never did handle matter I called about.

A lot of my mail has gone missing recently and they don't seem to know where it's going. I lost some important packages too. What is going on?

I got there and no one was there lights were off, thought they had changed their open hours, but they were open and real helpful. Maybe lights out was a cost saving measure?
