“Good with my banking always very helpful.I have been going to this bank since 1995 never have had any problems, they most generally catch a problem before it becomes a issue ? they always help me with the technical issues mostly caused bye me. I like this bank cause it's smaller than most and seem to have more time for the smaller guy.”

I've been very frustrated trying to resolve an issue with my debit card through customer service by phone and was finally able to talk to Ines at the local branch to get the issues resolved. I was seriously ready to change banks and she took the time to listen, and answer my questions, as well as to find a resolution to all issues.

“I’ve banked with Equity for about five years now. The staff at Central and Maize are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted with kind smiles and friendly conversation as soon as I walk in. I’ve been to other locations and the staff has consistently been very curt with me so I’ve just kind of learned to only use this location because you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job based on their attitude. Equity also does not charge those ridiculous ATM fees. If you are considering opening an account or switching to a different bank, I would highly suggest this location specifically.”
