Picked a cheaper carpet for a rental earlier in the week, but once I came back in with measurements we found there wasnt enough of the style I wanted...I found another that was a bit more per sq. ft., and they were willing to adjust a little to get me closer to the original one I picked out. End result was great, even my carpet layer was impressed with the quality. Very friendly group.”

“Here's a little trouble from big China. Sure, 99% of these tools are imported directly from communist China, but at least they keep all of those children employed. These tools are inexpensive and made with inferior quality materials.If it doesn't bother you that HF products are likely made in communist slave labor camps by minors, you’re in for a treat. You get to play Russian roulette with hand tools. Best of luck!”

“I give this Ace 5 stars because they saved my life (not literally) by being able to copy my truck key that was broken in half I was using a screwdriver to turn my ignition and it was soo bad I was told by dodge dealership it would be over $100 to replace my key then told by another car place my ignition needed replaced all together at some ridiculous price so on a whim I brought my broken damaged key in to Ace and the manager took a look and said they werent sure they could do anything but would try and boom the key was made and IT WORKED! The manager also helped me jump my truck that cold cold evening and just went above and beyond for me that night I wish I could remember the name but they had a very nice truck as well it started mine right up..I go to this ace alot and when ever I see that manager i always say hi "bestfriend" because of you I can drive today haha all the staff should be more like that!”

Remember what the grans always said...if you smear chicken poop on your lips, they won't be dry and you won't lick 'em. Unfortunately this chicken poop has a great original flavor so results may vary. Does do a great job healing chapped lips. Also a good spot to buy some adhesive and another bucket of paint.”
“For Truckers delivering here the Truck Entrance is on 'W Harry Ct' and Receiving is next to loading dock doors.Very good place to deliver, I was a day late due to equipment issues but they still accepted the load and were very professional and understanding.10/10 would deliver here again(And hopefully on-time next time)”

“This place is AMAZING! I walked in not knowing what I was looking for and only had a picture from my son. I asked the gentleman at the cash register and he took me right too the item. He then also offered to give me the discount price that my son had posted in the picture even though it was no longer on sale. Customer service in this place is wonderful the prices are good (compatible to what is on line or cheaper) and their return policy is excellent! They even print gift receipts!”

“We have bought many bricks and stones from ACME. I LOVE that store and their employees. They helped me lay out my firepit. Then I had an idea for a barnboard fireplace with stone and stone hearth. They were a huge help in designing it and helping me pick out the stones. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Thank you.”

“Ace Hardware is one of the few places to find Mrs. Stewart's blueing. Count on Ace for items that you don't find on every store shelf.I didn't find the product right away so I asked an employee for assistance.. didn't get her name.. but she was nice and definitely helpful because we went an aisle over, there it was. We chatted a bit about the product, had a little laugh, then headed for the register.The clerk there was courteous.. I made my purchase.. and out the door.I did check online first to make sure which store had this product in stock.. not always a guarantee, but it was correct this time.”
“Medium sized home improvement store just east of Woodlawn and Harry. This place has expanded, mainly to highlight their nice selection of Green Egg and Traeger grills as well as their famous section of Stihl products. The rest of the departments are standard where I’ve mostly found what I needed. The Ace ad is the most reliable in the business to always offer at least one great deal I’m into so I grab one anytime I come in. Unfortunately, I’ve received horrible service here many times so this is definitely not one of the top tier Ace locations. I do, however, recommend it for those in the area needing a convenient hardware stop.”

“I came the other day to use the free air that Lowe’s provides, however when I started filling my tires, after checking it with my electronic gauge, it kept saying L, so I figured maybe I wasn’t doing it correctly. I went in & asked the cashier if there was anyone that could come & help me & he went to get someone nearby.The guy that came to help me was SO friendly & professional. His name is Brandon Miller, he did give me a card with a QR code on it to do this survey, unfortunately you need a receipt to put in a Key ID for the survey & I didn’t purchase anything, so I had no receipt. I did still want to give Brandon M a shout out though because the professionalism & friendliness he has was outstanding!I’ve worked management before so i definitely know a good employee when I see one. Instead of just helping me figure out the one tire, he filled all of my tires without hesitation. My electronic gauge stopped working & that was the issue I was having so he went inside & grabbed one of the old school ones & filled all my tires perfectly. I didn’t have cash but asked him if he had cashapp so I could send him a tip & he appreciated that but did decline saying there was no need for a tip. I think this is a 5 star employee, he didn’t make me feel bad or silly for needing help & him going out of the way to fill ALL my tires was really helpful.Not only did he fill all them but he taught me how to fill them myself, explained the hissing noise & informed me that it’s not filling when it’s making that & showed me the difference between that & when air is actually going into the tire.After all that, I thanked him & got back into my car & he was heading back inside but then turned around & came back, soI rolled my window down & he gave me the psi gauge that he used, since my electric gauge was no longer working. (We checked it on 2 tires & it just kept saying L but when checked with the other one, the tire did get air).But for him to give me that so I had one was so sweet & im so gracious cause little did he know that the vehicle was my grammas car. So not only did he help me, but now my gramma has a working gauge in case she ever needs it.10/10 a 5 star employee.Thanks again SO much Branden for above & beyond & maintaining a positive attitude through it all.”

“Love it love the prices great or good animal feed lots of great choices at a fare price for most clothing shoes are way to over prices like outrageously overpriced even items marked down are still ridiculously high but also high quality so it's a personal choice staff is mostly younger teens 16 to early 20s I'd say they seems to have someone new each time we go and we got 2xs a month all in all it's a good place to go for animal needs I love the Ranchhound brand my dogs and birds love it wish they had cheaper meal worms and waterfowl feed but it's my store of choice for feeding my animals”
