“I want to thank the following staff at Bomgaars in Parsons (#141), for their exemplar support, in providing /assuring customer satisfaction-Mary - Manager, Jennifer, Deanna, and Noah.
I was grateful when shopping for a large number of employees for Christmas, within a allotted budget, to find great gifts, on sale, on the day with a 12% discount! What a blessing! Everyone loved their wonderful gifts, and felt they were personally hand picked for each! Great success! After doing some inside inquiries within my agency, I discovered , due to being - non profit, we are tax exempt for some things!
I called Mary the manager, and shared my findings and inquiries! She followed up with her powers to be, and reached promptly back out to me! So kind, polite, and helpful from the start, sharing how to proceed with the tax exempt process!
To make a long story short- it was a very detailed process providing needed paperwork- then to key in 31 individual codes with prompts, individually, and to initiate the refund process to save the tax for my agency! I was so grateful for the support of all the staff to do this for us! I truly had empathy for Noah and Deanna, who worked so hard, remaining positive and polite; trying so many things, with numerous attempts, including calls to Mary, as, all actions were void! After a great amount of time/ effort , nearing time to close- we agreed I could return the following am- tp work with with Mary on it!
I met with Mary,- kind, compassionate and very informative,! Following all the efforts of the wonderful staff, it was identified - ‘the 31 I d. purchases were on sale with a promo, in addition to the 12% discount for that day’! It was identified if poursuong to complete a return to get tax exempt- the end result would cost more- as they couldn’t provide any additional discount as was that day!
We ended up keeping the original purchase the way it was, for the best for my agency! It is so heart warming to see first hand the time, and effort , several employees spent with one customer, during 2 days before Christmas, to assure complete satisfaction! I felt truly blessed and most appreciative for the kindness, understanding and true customer support provided to me!

“I’ve noticed all of the Walmarts are the same but nothing is in the same place so it takes time to find what you need if you change stores however it’s good exercise to walk around the store trying to find what you need”
