“You know how in the Wizard of Oz the worlds changes from black & white to color? That has been my experience since being introduced to natural wine, and it has exclusively come from this lovely place and the people therein. I have never left Big Mood without having learned something new (about wine or otherwise), enjoyed a fun variety of wines, and met some cool people along the way. Richard is a fountain of knowledge, and as a novice wine drinker, I appreciate how approachable he makes the world of all things natural wine.

BUT!!!! ROBBIE a cashier that I have never seen before made me feel like NEVER GOING BACK!!!! He was so rude as though he did want us to buy nothing and get out of here… I will go back because this is the first time that has happened so I will go back to test the water but he made it very awkward and unpleasant but the store is always clean and has been pleasant…. “Love Mike's. Always a great beer selection, better than average wine selection, cigarettes, decent cigars, and snacks! One of the last hold-outs for the mix your own beer 6-pack for $9.99 which is always a fun way to try new stuff, particularly seasonals. They will order stuff for you if they don't have it, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
