“Mike was super helpful. Took great care of my clarinet and repaired it well. He responded to my concerns and worked with me after the initial service to make adjustments. Very friendly!”

“This was one of my best experiences ever. I had many questions regarding setting up a home company. Laptop vs Desktop, Office systems etc. Stevie explained all my options and pro’s and con’s of each. He listened to what I was planning to use my system for and gave me great suggestions. I highly recommend Stevie at Computer Outlet regardless if you are extremely experienced or new.”

“Great service. Southwestern Electric has had an account with them for years, largely in part because of the great service that we receive. This is the best place to get electrical materials in Salina Kansas, Stanion Wholesale Electric Co. is third rate by comparison.”

“Went here after being ignored for 45 minutes at the Vicktra store across town. We were greeted when we entered and directed to an associate who immediately helped us. It has been a couple of weeks and I forgot her name. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We left with five new phones after less than an hour. Switched from sprint. The store is clean and well lit and they had enough employees to take care of customers entering so you didn't have to waste time waiting. The only negative was that they had the music up too loud. It was hard to communicate with the associate wearing masks and sitting behind plastic screens. Turn it down about twenty percent please.”

“Some of the best customer service I've encountered in any public service establishment. When I showed up, one of the managers was mowing! They treated me as a human, listened, had conversation, and it was a pleasure visiting. Highly recommend in a pinch.”

“Marisa did an amazing job helping me get setup with my iPhone 17. She was very patient with me and explained things very thoroughly, even though I was slow understanding the details of the plan I was switching too. Even though the store was packed with people who needed help, she did her best making sure everyone’s needs were met and with a positive attitude. She deserves the highest raise she could possibly get in my opinion. Thank you!”
