“Midwest music in Salina used to be Edgington music, it's been around for 50 years at least. I bought my flute there in the early 70s. They have very competent and knowledgeable staff and are very good at repairing and servicing just about every kind of musical instrument. You would probably be surprised at what they have as far as spare parts. If you need anything for an instrument or would like to purchase an instrument, I would stop here and check them out!”

“Went here after being ignored for 45 minutes at the Vicktra store across town. We were greeted when we entered and directed to an associate who immediately helped us. It has been a couple of weeks and I forgot her name. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We left with five new phones after less than an hour. Switched from sprint. The store is clean and well lit and they had enough employees to take care of customers entering so you didn't have to waste time waiting. The only negative was that they had the music up too loud. It was hard to communicate with the associate wearing masks and sitting behind plastic screens. Turn it down about twenty percent please.”

“I just went in to get parts for my dryer, not a big thing. I was greeted promptly by the parts department. They identified my part, had one out in a matter of 60 seconds, removed it from the sealed box to compare, and tested it with an ohm meter to assure it was proper. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Customer service is something we lack in this word, These folks have it figured out.Thanks for your help”
