“The staff member we worked with was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, there was only one person working in the store, which made it difficult to handle our situation. We were trying to set up a Gizmo Watch, which required opening an account, and even had a friend come help us with the process. In the end, the procedure couldn’t be completed because it required a second employee to be present for verification. I understand the policy and appreciate the integrity behind it, but it was disappointing that we weren’t able to get the help we needed due to limited staffing.”
“I found myself low on funds and short on time in a place that was 3 hours from home. I wasn't sure what I was gonna do. I had no way to communicate with anyone and I only had $35 left to my name after an unfortunate run in with the casino. I thought I had exhausted all my options and was about to lose hope. That's when the lady from nex- tech messaged me back and saved the day!! She set me up with a newer model of phone than what I currently had and she did it on the short $35 budget I had in my pocket!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!! “I would 100000% recommend this store. Kody helped me with their customer service line. He is there for the customer unlike T-Mobiles customer service line. After over 40 mins on the phone with customer service (corporate) (Jae) being very rude to Kody, he was very nice and did not change his attitude. He was professional, friendly, and helpful the whole time!!! I’m not sure I could smile like he kept doing while the lady was sarcastic and down right rude to him. Thank you so much for the help and highly recommend Kody to anyone needing help!”
