“I just went in to get parts for my dryer, not a big thing. I was greeted promptly by the parts department. They identified my part, had one out in a matter of 60 seconds, removed it from the sealed box to compare, and tested it with an ohm meter to assure it was proper. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Customer service is something we lack in this word, These folks have it figured out.Thanks for your help”

“I originally ordered this item from "Amazon" on my daughter's baby registry. I ordered the item and the next day I received an email from "Amazon" stating it would arrive in September, a full month away!! My daughter was scheduled to go in to have a C-section the following week (5 days away..) and "Amazon" wanted me to wait a full month for the gift from the baby registry!! I decided to do a search for the product. After searching (it only took 2 ticks) I was at Target store in the buy now section so I purchased the item and picked it up the very next day!! So much for Amazon!! "Target" thank you for coming through for me, it was such a relief to know I'd have this item and a lot sooner than I'd expected (within less than 24 hrs)!!
