“They treat you right! They buy, sell, and service the vehicles as if they were their own. Family owned and family run... Feels like I'm back home because it's that small town service feeling that's hard to come by these days where they treat you the way they'd want to be treated. Unlike many dealerships where it's literally "what can we do for you to buy today" they want you in something that your 100% satisfied with. Their word is their livelihood of their business and it actually means something which they've proved to me time and time again. When I went to pick it up, they had also done the front for no additional cost! They said they wanted to honor the quote and that it still wasn’t perfect after the rear was done! Who does that? It’s so hard to find an honest place that really has integrity. I trust the guys at this Firestone. It’s the second time now that I’ve had a great experience there!
