Although it took us 3 days to get a new phone, Durrell's customer service was EXCELLENT (5-STAR) for me personally and all the other folks he was assisting at the same time.

Talking about the details of the account, and discussing what to do about a stolen phone, the young woman spoken to was very professional with my frustration over the issue. I didn't get her name. I didn't know what to do and she led me in the right direction. Very good experience with me.
