Talking about the details of the account, and discussing what to do about a stolen phone, the young woman spoken to was very professional with my frustration over the issue. I didn't get her name. I didn't know what to do and she led me in the right direction. Very good experience with me.

Store is not open at 10am on Saturday. I wasted gas to come here for an issue.
