“Anya (Ahna) did a great job of helping me transfer a phone after the 87th st boost near Farley gave me the worst experience ever trying to buy a phone. She came thru and saved the day and was extra helpful and did a wonderful job communicating with me on how she can help and was straight forward and positive.”

“I took my elderly father in to buy a new phone, but there were several hurdles along the way, including how to access his Verizon account, his Apple ID, decide which phone might be best suited to his needs, etc. Pedro helped every step of the way and was knowledgeable, patient and so kind. All our questions were answered with care and respect. He truly went the extra mile in making sure all the details were taken care of and that we left without loose ends. One of the best customers service experiences I have ever had!”

“Significantly cheaper and faster than their competitors. Jason had my screen repaired in less than 20 minutes and even put a new screen protector on for me. Worth the time to go here as opposed to the bigger names - King Cellular had the parts in stock and did my repair the same day. Very thankful! Will be coming back here for all my repairs. Edit to add: I came back again and dealt with the loveliest gal. I didn't catch her name but she was just as quick and kind as my last experience. I have no regrets keeping my phone repair business with them!”

“Huge shoutout to Luis! We walked in pretty close to closing fully intending to switch to another carrier, but he didn't rush us at all. He took the time to sit down with us, walk through our billing, and figure out a setup that actually made sense. He was so helpful he ended up convincing us to stay with Verizon. Really appreciate the great service!”

“Chris is an outstanding employee. He went out of his way to help me with an eye tag programmed my phone that I did not have the first clue even him being real computer savvy. He was jumping around so I’m glad he stayed with it and I’m a very happy camper. I’ll be back to get my battery. New battery installed. Thank you. .”

“The folks at this store were extremely helpful. Julio did a fantastic job walking me through the process of getting a new phone after my old phone was losing functionality quickly, even during my visit. Not only was he very helpful, he made me feel comfortable and answered all of questions fully and professionally, no matter how silly my questions were. And ultimately, help me get a new phone that day. Julio was busy and had to help multiple customers and still made me feel valued as a customer, and a person. Julio was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind.”

“Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”
