I love my Credit Union butttt... the ATM's were all down... Went inside to get a cash withdrawal, the teller did not smile and seemed overwhelmed because of all the walk in business. What a missed opportunity to greet and reconnect with customers, who normally just hit the ATM... No lemonade outa them lemons...
