Even when it’s busy, they stay calm, efficient, and friendly. It makes such a difference to have a local post office that feels welcoming and reliable. I’m so grateful for this team!”

“Ive been here a handful of times and each time I have had a good experience. Sure there is a line sometimes but it’s not like Olathe is some small town. This is a very busy location and its understaffed unfortunately, but thats not the employees fault. Give some grace and be kind, they have processes they have to follow and it can take time!”
