They also have such fun and unique gifts and cards for people who are looking for something to give! One of the staff member even knits the cutest little animals. “Stephan at FedEx was absolutely outstanding. I came in needing overnight shipping for my mother and passport photos done, and the store was incredibly busy with a packed house and a long line. Despite the pressure, Stephan remained calm, professional, and kind throughout the entire process.
He worked methodically and efficiently, never making anyone feel rushed while still keeping the line moving quickly. He was thorough, diligent, and extremely helpful, making sure everything was handled correctly.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and Stephan truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this FedEx location because of employees like him!

“Visited this site today with a last minute request. I have a board meeting tomorrow and needed 8 copies of a lengthy budget. They were very fast and had it done in a very short period of time. This was something I needed an immediate turnaround time on and they came through! Before going there, I had called around and other places said it would be the next day. Mark helped me and was fabulous. I will definitely be back for printing needs again. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but quality was great and met my needs.”

“Ive been here a handful of times and each time I have had a good experience. Sure there is a line sometimes but it’s not like Olathe is some small town. This is a very busy location and its understaffed unfortunately, but thats not the employees fault. Give some grace and be kind, they have processes they have to follow and it can take time!”
