“We were in Kansas City looking for liquor stores where we can buy a pick a pack of beer on ball flavors non IPA for my father. The place we were at didn't have a damn clue what we were talking about even though we called first and somebody had confirmed it with us over the phone that they did have it. We bumped into one of this places distributors and he was kind enough to help us and to direct us to another location where we could get what we needed. This place is employee was kind courteous and very helpful with a situation he didn't even need to be involved in but he was kind enough to step up and help us out even though he didn't work there.”

Kings Liquor is my go-to, and for good reason. The customer service is always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it gets. I stopped by right before the 4th to grab a six-pack and, as always, the checkout was fast, the prices were fair, and the vibes were chill.

“Went in for beer and cigs for my mom. Of course she didn't send me with enough money ?. The guy behind the counter was so patient and polite while I called my mom and scrounged up the extra change. He let me use cash and card and was even gonna let me swipe another card for only .40 cents if I had to. Luckily, I was able to find the change in the bottom of my purse.”

“Neighborhood liquor store that is on the small/midsize tier. They have a decent beer selection, most of the common hard liquor needs, and I didn't check their wine selection, but I assume they would have the staples.
There is a walk in fridge with more cold beer, cider, and sweeter drinks to take away cold, which is a nice to have.
The staff I met was very friendly and willing to help out. Checkout was fast.”

“I located my stolen purse in the dumpster at the store (stolen somewhere else and dumped there). The employees were extremely helpful as we searched and J.P. took my number and helped me stay calm. Purse was retrieved and they have the nicest, most helpful employees I have encountered anywhere that stayed calm and helped me during a very stressful time.”
