“October 2025 a spike buck tried to Bo duke across my windshield- but only accomplished busting my windshield, dented the hood, and driver side door, ripped off the side mirror and kicked the headlight. I picked McAbee bc the reviews were good and were prefered by my insurance. They did a fantastic job, everything on my car is exactly as it should be and 6 months later I haven’t found anything to complain about. Appreciate their attention to detail and working with my insurance to get the right parts.”

“Once you go to Expert Offroad, you won't ever need to go anywhere else! I have taken my car to Expert Offroad many times for oil changes and new tires. They are the best people in town to work with. The prices are better than other places, customer service is exceptional, but the best part is, I know they are honest about the repairs that need to be done. They will not tell me I need something I don't really need. I value this so much as many places in town are not this way. Highly recommend!”
“This is shop is amazing! I brought my Jeep in because it was making a weird noise they knew what the problem was and explained it. They then fixed the Jeep, the service was fast. They handled the vehicle’s paperwork with my extended warranty, They kept me updated on the Jeep. Now my Jeep is running perfectly. They have a great knowledge and know what they are doing I would definitely recommend. I wouldn’t take my Jeep anywhere else.”
“They did a good job with the bed liner I purchased. The only issue is they do not ask enough questions on the vehicle. I have a roll on topper on my truck. They never asked about it during all the communication I had with them prior to my appointment. When I dropped it off they told me it would be a $40 up charge to remove it. I suggested that would of been good information to have prior to the service. The employee said we always assume the truck doesn't have one. This lack of communication lack of a detail that added to an already high bill was not appreciated. Not great for business if you ask me. Good business but be sure to inform yourself prior to any appointment because they do not do anything out of their way , they just assume and bill you.”

Orie and Jeff were unbelievably helpful to me in navigating this process. I wish I could say the same about my insurance company. I was able to get through that fiasco because of their help.Orie kept me constantly updated on the progress in what they thought was going to be a repair. “Didn't have what I needed, Was going to take a couple days to get it or I could have drove to Wichita. From Topeka. So I did with anybody would do and I went to Amazon and paid 1/4 of the price. Workers were friendly.”
“The customer service here is top notch! I purchased a 16ft utility trailer in the beginning of July. I had some issues with my trailer brakes self adjusting too tight so I brought the trailer in so they could fix it. Rusty happily took a look at it! They backed the adjustment screws on the brake drums off a bit and give it a quick test drive. It was good to go. A couple days later, the self adjusting system tightened up again. I called Rusty and let him know and he told me to bring it on by. I dropped the trailer off again and in less than 2 days it was ready to be picked up! They pulled off all 4 brake assemblies and replaced them with non self adjusting brake drums. Drove it home last night and all was well! D&L sales will continue to have my business for the sole fact of how they respond to their customers. Rusty is genuine and kind.”

“I needed a windshield wiper blade replacement and the Young Woman who assisted me was simply wonderful. She went to my truck removed the wiper blade:went to the aisle and retrieved the correct size. Double checked the system. Measured the blade size. Returned to my truck out it on. And waited for me to start my vechicle and turn the windshield wipers on to make sure it was an absolute fit before I left the store parking lot. THATS WHAT I CALL REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos ‼‼”

He is very knowledgeable of his products, is prompt and friendly and always open when I happened to be in the neighborhood. He has a great stocked supply of synthetic oil, grease, lubes...AMSOIL DOMINATOR 2-STROKE RACING OIL is the best I've ever used in my engines. AMSOIL recommends its use@ 50:1 EVEN THOUGH the engine manufacturer is requiring 16:1..... this is saying it will outperform inferior brand using about 1/3 amt. of oil that another brand would need to protect the engine! I been on these engines for three years, I've never had any problem with overheating or lubrication! Great product, great salesman!”
