“They did a good job with the bed liner I purchased. The only issue is they do not ask enough questions on the vehicle. I have a roll on topper on my truck. They never asked about it during all the communication I had with them prior to my appointment. When I dropped it off they told me it would be a $40 up charge to remove it. I suggested that would of been good information to have prior to the service. The employee said we always assume the truck doesn't have one. This lack of communication lack of a detail that added to an already high bill was not appreciated. Not great for business if you ask me. Good business but be sure to inform yourself prior to any appointment because they do not do anything out of their way , they just assume and bill you.”

“Once you go to Expert Offroad, you won't ever need to go anywhere else! I have taken my car to Expert Offroad many times for oil changes and new tires. They are the best people in town to work with. The prices are better than other places, customer service is exceptional, but the best part is, I know they are honest about the repairs that need to be done. They will not tell me I need something I don't really need. I value this so much as many places in town are not this way. Highly recommend!”

“In my opinion, there is just no place else you would want to take your car to be repaired. My car was wrecked, and unfortunately ended up being totaled by the insurance company. Orie and Jeff were unbelievably helpful to me in navigating this process. I wish I could say the same about my insurance company. I was able to get through that fiasco because of their help.Orie kept me constantly updated on the progress in what they thought was going to be a repair. His exceptional kindness to me at a time when my husband is going through chemo and is seriously ill was so truly appreciated. Couldn’t have done it without him. Terrific company and terrific people. “I needed a windshield wiper blade replacement and the Young Woman who assisted me was simply wonderful. She went to my truck removed the wiper blade:went to the aisle and retrieved the correct size. Double checked the system. Measured the blade size. Returned to my truck out it on. And waited for me to start my vechicle and turn the windshield wipers on to make sure it was an absolute fit before I left the store parking lot. THATS WHAT I CALL REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos ‼‼”

“October 2025 a spike buck tried to Bo duke across my windshield- but only accomplished busting my windshield, dented the hood, and driver side door, ripped off the side mirror and kicked the headlight. I picked McAbee bc the reviews were good and were prefered by my insurance. They did a fantastic job, everything on my car is exactly as it should be and 6 months later I haven’t found anything to complain about. Appreciate their attention to detail and working with my insurance to get the right parts.”
