I had an issue with a flatbed I bought from them. Not the product itself. As its a great product. Just a lack of communication from the manufacturer.
Mts was helpful and responsive thru the entire time. They tried to facilitate communication between me and the manufacturer multiple times. They ended up sending a tech to my house to wire the trailer for me.
The stand behind their product and are very attentive to your concerns. The kind of company we need more of. Ill definitely buy from them again.”

“I live in Tennessee and was visiting family in TC when my battery needed replacing. My cousin, Rich Hulbert told me to go purchase my battery from you guys as I would get great customer service. Boy, was he right. The young man who waited on me helped get my battery out as it was not an easy task for me or him. “The staff here was great. I got hosed $110 to get a diagnosis down the road at Tuffy who wanted another $490 to swap out spark plugs and coils before seeing if there were further issues with my engine.
I ran my check engine like codes here (they do it for free), confirmed the problem was plugs and coils. I spent $130 bucks here and about an hour on Google and YouTube to learn how to swap the parts out myself and further troubleshoot. The guys at the counter helped me pick out the parts and let me borrow tools. I wish I would have gotten their names so I could give them a shoutout here - whoever was working around 2:00pm on 6/26/2026.
I was able to troubleshoot enough to figure out that my engine is pretty much cooked, but it beats blowing hundreds more at a shady mechanic to figure that out. I'll come here every time before going to a mechanic.”

“The mechanic was very helpful. The service counterpart boys not very. Sent me to the wall to look for the part I needed. I had no tools. Cracked airline hose from the trailer glad hand. Mech came over said let me see what your problem is, looked at it and cut the hose where he seen the Crack went and got a connector fixed it in 5 minutes charged me only for the part to get back on the road. He was kind and friendly. Thank you very much. Noticed they do have a wide selection of semi truck parts. Have our mech call them in case he can't find a part for our repair shop in the future.”

“Representative fixed squeaky door before giving estimate. He gave a fair written estimate within 24 hours. Body repair was removal/replacement painting of a fender. Work was completed in two days, one week before the promise date. The car was returned completely cleaned inside and washed outside--like a detail job---and delivered to my house by the representative that served me. Outstanding service and quality work!!”
