“I stopped in here to purchase Air Pods while in Topeka for 12 days. I had a short wait, but it was worth it. I was able to get my pods quickly, and was helped by Elijah. Elijah was super friendly, knowledgeable, and is definitely an asset to T-Mobile. “I had the factory bose system in my vehicle and I had to replace blown speakers so I had Car Toyz install an amp for me. It was a tricky process for them, which I understood, it took them 8 hours to install this amp. They lost screws to a cover for it so they left it off. Wires were left long and left out of place. One of the wires was placed in the hinge area for my storage compartment. They didn't hook my sub back up right, so the wires slipped out while I was driving and i loss all bass. While driving my glove box fell out and spilled stuff everywhere. A lack of detail to the small things. Does not look like a professional installed it. I also expected them to be proud of their work and walk me through what they had to do, or at least show me the installed amp, but it felt like a rushed checkout to me. Felt very much that they were not proud of this install they did. Overall it was a messy job, and what worries me a bit is if I mess with it and try to clean it up, it'll void their warranty.My speakers sound amazing though! Very happy with the sound. This thing bumps now! Worth the wait. The manager definitely knows what he's talking about and was real friendly and nice. I recommend definitely dropping your vehicle off if you get anything done, and don't have your expectations very high on it looking professional and clean, but it'll sound amazing.”
