“I was in Topeka for a short time over a weekend and I broke my phone. This store was the closest one to my hotel. I dropped in without an appointment. Danielle helped me resolve my situation. In my humple opinion, she went above and beyond with her customer service. I thought I would have to replace my phone. She analyzed it and said I just needed a repair. She helped me navigate my phone insurance and got me set up with a repair shop close by. All while she was taking care of other customers who walked in. I wasn't in the store more than 15 minutes or so. The most inportant thing that I want to mention was her "bedside manner". She was very witty and fun and I appreciated her very kind way. I wish she was in the Kansas City area becuase I would go back to her for everything! Great Experience!”

I have an insurance plan with Tmobile and it got so messed up! I really hope the top people in both companies can get together and prevent any further complications. It needs to be more streamlined and less back in forth with both companies at the same time. So frustrated w the process. I was told free repair but ended up costing me $80+.”
