I drive by a UPS, a FEDex and at least one other USPS just to see Ms Sheryl. She is amazing! Always smiling, friendly, and makes me feel like family everytime i come in. I hope USPS knows how lucky they are to have this woman representing their company!

The women that work the counter are incompetent insubordinate, uncooperative and unintelligent. How have they not been fired yet?
Usps has no standards for employees?
High level mental competency is not a requirement?
