The first visit, I needed a fine art piece photocopied that was very delicate and easily smudged. The associate was extremely careful with handling and left me more at ease with leaving a piece of artwork that took well over 50 hours for me to complete. He did a great job with the copies and final product was almost exact to the original.

The second time I used art and frame was for a custom canvas print job. Sam was the associate who worked with me through multiple phone calls and a myriad of emails back and forth. She was patient with me and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted (my original request was hard to explain and I didn’t have an exact reference photo to give her). She did an excellent job putting together what I had in mind.

This place had great customer service and the associates are patient and knowledgeable.”

I had a few short days to turn a grainy iPhone photo into a large print to be framed, and I wanted a very high quality print job on the programs for the celebration of life service. Tracy handled my order with care and intention, taking special care to touch up the photo and make the portrait look as good as possible. I have a design background, so I mocked up the artwork for the program, and Tracy gave very clear instructions for sizing the piece and preparing it for print so that there weren't any surprises when we went to pick them up.
