Comfort Inn & Suites is a hotel with a prime location, excellent for shopping and within walking distance to everything. The staff is generally described as friendly with good customer service, and the maids do an amazing job keeping rooms clean. A free, great full breakfast is offered. The price is considered fair and compatible with other hotels. However, experiences with the rooms and facility vary significantly. While some rooms are very clean and adequate with comfortable beds, others have serious issues. Problems include nasty carpets, bathrooms in need of work with moldy tiles and cold showers, and rooms with poor layouts. There have been isolated incidents of uncleanliness. The entire building is noted to be aging and suffers from a clear lack of attention and updating, impacting the overall stay. The pool has been found not clean or closed during some visits. Front desk service is sometimes seen as unprofessional or sloppy in its handling of items, despite staff efforts to make guests comfortable.

This hotel is very ran down. The carpet was gross with stains in my room. I didn’t even wanna take my shoes off the room had an awful smell. I did call the front desk to ask if something could be done with the smell in my room I was upgraded to a better room! I would not recommend this hotel

My favorite hotel in Wichita. Great staff, well maintained hotel and really good breakfast!
