This stay was overall a great one. Room was clean, service friendly location was prime for us. The 3rd party i booked with put us in a smoking room. I could've switched but I saved by not doing so. Had a suite for less than a cheap room. Free breakfast.

Staff should not be so vocal about work conditions in front of public. It is not professional. Also when it says the hotel is 40% vacant, it should not be hard to check someone into the room early. Lastly, the plumbing was extremely worn in my room and one morning we completely ran out of hot water.
