Hannah was So Helpful and Professional in helping me to attain a loan to pay off high interest rate Credit Cards. Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and Friendly, She makes you feel like Family. In this fast paced computerized Society we live in Hannah is a breath of fresh air. Hannah went out of Her way to make sure I understood the Loan Policy in a fun and relaxing environment. CUOA is Very Fortunate to have Hannah Haag as an employee, and we as customers are even Luckier. This was disappointing because my longevity with this bank wasn’t a factor in their decision making. I guess being a member for over 25 years doesn’t matter.”

Been using Quantum for years, typically I do mobile deposit because it's convenient and I typically get the money within a couple of hours if not next day. I went in today to deposit my paycheck because I was passing by anyways and my funds won't be available until 2/18? That's ridiculous the pay check was ~$2 more then my last mobile deposit that I got same day.”

“I've been with MACU at least 15 years. I have 4 separate accounts and have had only one problem with them. I spoke with an officer and it was immediately resolved . Great place to do business with.
