“I visited this JC Penney in Towne East Mall last Saturday. Found a couple cute sweaters. As I was checking out I remembered an ancient gift card for JC Penney that had been riding around in my wallet for years. I pulled it out to try to use it. Gracie, who was checking me out, let me know it was deactivated which wasn't at all surprising to me. But she went on to say that she could check the balance and give me a new one. I was so impressed. The whole thing took at least 10 minutes but she did not act perturbed or mad or anything. She kept going even when I told her that she didn't need to follow through. She worked some magic that's for sure! She is a jewel and I appreciated her so much.
I did the store survey and was going to mention her name but didn't catch on where to put that in before it was too late. Once again, her name is Gracie. Thank you!”
“Purchased a shirt for my hubby today. The check out clerk took time to make sure I understood it was a magnetic snap shirt and point out that one had been returned. She was more interested in making sure I really knew what I was buying and not just a sale. I’ve been a long time shopper with Daluth and this is just one more reason why! I did buy the shirt ?”
“a quick stop and shop option without having to drive waaay east or all the way out to New Market Square if you live closer to Maple and Ridge Rd area. If you can’t find something at Walmart you might find it here instead and if not you’ll find something you didn’t know you needed and for a good price too. You just have to look. Like cards, wider variety of cards to choose from and I don’t think I’ve ever had a squeaky cart that didn’t want to roll or make a clunking noise because one wheel was missing a chunk out of it, lol.”

“I found some clothing that fit my size. I found a nice wrap, but it did not have a price tag. I found this to be irritating. The store is very limited in personal ware for certain sizes. I liked the home section. It had lower priced items compared to other stores. I will return because because of the lower and reasonable priced items for home products. Also, it was a nice treasure hunt for clothing.”

“Store is being remodeled, October 2024. Nice and convenient if you are close by. The parking lot was full of people driving down the wrong side, this is America not an English colony any longer. I think the selection of items is a little more limited here. Nice staff though and quick in and out.”

“The staff was really friendly. They opened registers as needed. The store was kind of a mess, but it was Christmas time. Their return policy should allow open exchanges. If I bring back an item, because it's the wrong one, I should be able to exchange for a different item. Not return item, then buy new item. Waste of time for all.”
“I was in the store 2/27/26. When checking out, I was shocked when I could not tap. I do shop on line but if I'm there in person I'll make sure I pay with cash. Tap is much safer then swipe or insert. Any date as to when checkouts will be updated with tap?”
“Based on my experience here, this store is pretty good. It's been organized and generally clean whenever I have visited. Customer service has been average. No issues noted. Would recommend and would return.”

“I had heard that Ross offers clothing at reasonable prices, so I decided to visit one day. I usually prefer modest outfits and honestly wasn’t expecting to find something perfect for my taste—but to my surprise, I came across a dress that I absolutely loved! It was exactly my style: a full-sleeve, long dress with a beautiful Turkish pattern. The color combination of green, blue, and white was stunning, and the price was very reasonable too.
Since then, Ross has become my go-to place for clothes. I’ve found a stylish puffer jacket there and later discovered that they also have a great collection of ladies’ bags and purses. If you take the time to browse, you’ll find some real gems. I even gifted a crossbody bag from Ross to a sister—it was a big hit!
Their luggage collection is impressive as well. For men, they offer a good variety of pants,t-shirts shirts, and belts. Plus, the store has a wide range of household essentials at affordable prices.
Although they have a huge collection of dresses for baby girls, I felt that the collection for baby boys was comparatively limited and not as appealing.
Whether we’re shopping for ourselves or looking for a nice gift, Ross always stays at the top of our list.”
“This is the wally world everyone will hit up in unison, which makes it very crowded as you browse every aisle in every department, even your knitting craft section. If you turn a degree to turn and look or change direction, you must look both ways, up and down, and diagonal or you will collide carts. This seems unrealistic given the fact the Walmart supermarket is big and spacious, but the typical shopping customer traffic is very much like the road traffic on Kellogg. Its best not to test god, or you will wreck your ride, or in this case, the large TV screen you scored through rollback. So if youre not continuously wary of your surroundings as you shuffle with cautious tippy toes while edging the corner before the next aisle, you ain't saving any money. Not even the bakery department that provides a variety of delectable cakes will save your sanity at that point. Most people have proper grocery cart driving etiquette, but may look uncomfy navigating through tight crowded spaces where they stop to browse alongside you. If you get stranded and need guidance in the midst of the chaos, hold your mother's hand and do not let go. Do not separate even for those who expect you to split up so they can pass. You will lose track of your mother and have an inner panic as you check every aisle you mentioned shopping in past conversation. It's like reenacting the sad ending to titanic if you stop holding hands, and we all know how that ends. Otherwise yknow, not too bad and good deal are easy to come by if you need to get some shopping done on a fairly decent budget.”

“Great place to shop always have something to buy. The stuff there always changes so you can find anything there. Place is somewhat messy but not the employees fault they do the best they can especially when they are short staffed. If customers would put stuff back up or back where it goes and control their kids and not let them open stuff or rampage through items the place would look much better.”

Part of the fun is you never know what you may find that you didn't know you really wanted. A very well organized and clean scavenger hunt that rewards you with fun and unique purchases.”
