“This location is close to our home. It was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Easy access in and out and was able to park my car there while we used the truck. Pick up and return were easy. Great flexibility! Thank you for making it all so easy! Seems rare these days!”

“We have used them many times. Always been very happy. Only complaint is not greeting the same rate for a one way as a round trip. It would've cost us twice as much to rent a round trip than a one way. Trouble was we had to drive to the city to pick up a truck then take two vehicles back. Pain in the butt!”

The staff made the rental process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I had the right equipment for my move. “Was very easy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the limited availability of vehicles. I made an appointment online and went inside to get the key. Takes about 10 minutes to verify your driver's license and confirm your payment. But then they give you the key and it's easy out of the parking lot. Return was simple too. Drop box for after hours return.”
“The whole process on phone reserving the truck and in person picking up the truck took about 15 minutes in total, the truck and gas were very reasonably priced and everyone was super friendly will definitely rent another truck from U-Haul and from the same location again”

“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”
