“Cash register experience is the awkward part. They make the employee scan it for you, even though it is designed as a self checkout, and then when I needed to pay with cash the machine wouldn't take it and the employee had to go to her station at the front of the store to deposit the cash.”

“me and my friend came in looking for the halloween littlest pet shop blind bags. unfortunately, when we got there, they were all sold out. my friend was pretty bummed as they collect lps and was really excited to find the halloween series. as we were about to leave, the manager (if i remember correctly?) took down the lps box and gave my friend the figure in the display completely for free. they were ecstatic. overall the service was great and we left happy.”
