“We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at this venue for about 40 people. Everything was great the staff very accommodating. Prior to the event, through email, we discussed the desired set up and specifics for our event and everything was ready to go when we arrived on-site to decorate. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I would 1000% recommend for anyone who is looking for a smaller venue for any event!”

“We decided to choose the museum for our son’s 3rd birthday because we had seen a flyer regarding birthdays at another museum. The first thing I would like to say is that the staff at the museum were outstanding! You could tell that everyone wanted to be there.
The next thing I would like to say is that the value for what you pay for to use their space is generous. We had a private room for 30 people, access to the museum for all of our guests, dinnerware was included, decorations, tables and chairs were all setup for us, and our kiddo got to get a whistle, shirt, or hat at no extra expense to us.
I had never heard of this place until we found their flyer, and none of our birthday guests had heard of it before either. I really hope that the word about this awesome place is getting around outside of my social circles because it is an amazing spot. Thanks for everything you did today to make my son’s birthday special!”
“There were some very interesting things in this museum. I like the Lost Wax Casting method of making the statues. I also like the marble carvings. Of course I liked the military history.”

“Beautiful venue for my baby shower! Lots of room and amenities. The staff was very easy to work with, and the pricing was wonderful compared to other venues in town.I will say that the only thing that made the day difficult was lack of air conditioning. When we arrived to setup, it was roasting. So we found the different temperature gauges in the room and turned them all down but it didn't help. People had to go outside to cool off or hang out in the bathroom. Hopefully staff can fix this for future events!I'd still recommend this place to anyone!”
“This is a beautiful facility that has wonderful art galleries, culinary classes, art classes for adults and children, and can be rented for events. I am the Jewelry/Metalsmithing instructor for advanced and beginning classes on Wednesdays and we have a wonderful specialized studio just for making jewelry.Second Beginning jewelry classes start October 11th. Wonderful jewelry pieces will be created! Lapidary artists will come in mid-October with beautiful cabochons for students to use in their designs!”
“Drove an hour to visit and no regrets. Such an awesome and original business idea! The best cup of coffee I’ve had..and that says ALOT since I’m a coffee lover! Staff was very helpful. My first experience with plants outside of gardening and I loved this. Loved the atmosphere! Will be returning!”
“Went for a school skate night. It was a bit chaotic, but that's what happens when you pack 2 elementary schools in to a small space. Everything was clean. My kids (1,4,6) loved the play area!”

“Brightwater Bay is a great venue to host company meeting or events. Our company just hosted a 2 day meeting with 40-45 attendees. The space was perfect. All the windows around the venue made for a perfect view of the water surrounding the water.
Cody was very pleasant to work throught the whole event. We did have issues with the internet the first day on site and Cody was on top of trying to get it fixed. To make sure our company's needs were meet, they went purchased another service that evening! Day 2 was smooth sailing.
The only suggestion we would make is for venue to have a coffee maker and microwave to be able to warm up coffee or lunches but other than that, our company would highly recommend this venue for your next event or function.”
“Nikki, the owner, is amazing. My wedding was perfect. Beautifully decorated. This place is a diamond in the rough. My guests were very happy with how wonderful this venue welcomed them. Highly recommend and was extremely happy with owner. Just beautiful. I wish I could post pictures how beautiful it was.”
“This was the first time I’ve been to see a real play since I was a child. Since large corporations have taken over the movie venue I’ve missed a relaxing and fun environment to see a show. I just saw the Edgar Allen Poe speakeasy tonight. I really enjoyed the venue and entertainment. The actors were wonderful and brought the poems to life. I decided that I will be paying attention to more the the shows that are put on at the crown uptown because it was a great experience.”

“Looks good, right? I mean, presentation is key, but I was left disappointed with the bread toasted bun. That brown is not chocolate, either its a vinger based topping. All in all, it wasn't horrible, but I would not order it again.”

“Was staying over due to a car breakdown. Staff had us sit in the lobby from noon until after 6pm instead of just staying in our comfortable room for a “ late” checkout.It was not that busy.Food & drinks: This hotel was great, except before the breakfast hours were over, the staff was vacuuming, wiping tables, taking things off the tables 20-30 minutes before breakfast time was over. Very unprofessional.”

“This stay was overall a great one. Room was clean, service friendly location was prime for us. The 3rd party i booked with put us in a smoking room. I could've switched but I saved by not doing so. Had a suite for less than a cheap room. Free breakfast.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Roof Inn Plus and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff that made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.One of the highlights of my stay was the indoor pool and hot tub. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it a truly enjoyable experience.The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to consider serving breakfast. I'm sure with the same level of excellence as the rest of the hotel, it would be a great addition to the already amazing experience during my stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus. The staff were exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
