“I'm giving this five stars, because I know it has great potential. At the time of this review I've only had the computer for about 2 days, played a few games on it. It runs great, or should I say it ran great. I ran into this problem where I got a blue screen. The screen says automatic repair on it and it's only my 2nd day of trying to use it. I did everything I knew to do to try and get my PC running properly, but nothing worked. I called customer service, but have yet to talk to them maybe because they were not open? Again I think this Guardian Firefly 5700 Gaming PC is a 5 star Gaming PC regardless of the issue I'm having. I think the company is actually a great company to buy from. I just hope I can get some help.”
“I have purchased two refurbished computers, a desktop and a laptop, from Tech Castle. Matt was the technician who advised me each time. I brought an old laptop in on a Friday morning. It turned out to be unreliable, and probably had motherboard.Issues. Having need for a reliable laptop to use the following monday at an out of town conference, Matt and I discussed options. Bottom line, I purchased at a very reasonable price a refurbished laptop. Turn around time to prep the new machine and sync data from my old machine was under three hours on a Friday afternoon. Try finding that kind of service from a big box store. Kudos to Matt and the Tech Castle premise. Their services beat by light years all previous computer services I have used. Thanks Matt and Tech Castle!”
