“I brought in my laptop on Monday afternoon and received a quote at the door, had a potential diagnosis and ordered parts by Wednesday, and when that fix revealed a larger underlying issue that prevented the replacement part from working Alan(?) diagnosed a burnt diode and had the laptop back to me by Friday afternoon with fresh paste and no charge. Incredible service, and they kept me updated on progress every step of the way. If you're in the area, ICT is a great choice.”
“Customer service rep knowledge can be hit or miss. We never found an AT&T phone specialist so couldn't get help with our upgrade request. I asked some OLED vs QLED questions and the CSR fumbled with answers. The other day, A CSR helped me with OLED & QLED questions who did have the answers. It just depends on who you talk to sometimes. Overall, They try and generally provide good service. Definitely can't get help on Amazon with these types of questions.”
