Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. They all really know their stuff and were doing what they can to work with our budget. The person we talked to about my computer’s RAM, I don’t remember his name, but he’s an ambassador for ibuypower. He was a great help! He had answers for all our questions and pointed us right where we needed, and I was able to install things myself after he told us what to do.
We also met with Nick in the audio department, and he helped us get a perfect pair of earbuds without breaking the bank. He was able to track down something that fit all of our needs, even though we had a lot of demands.

“It was April of 2020, just when my hard drive crashed, COVID close-down became real and my non-stick pan, stuck. Frantic to pay bills, I googled on my phone and purchased a reasonably priced, refurbished hard drive from Recharge PC that arrived 2-3 days later. Elated, I called them and Jared instructed me on set-up and other things I didn't know I had available to my access. So professional and patient with this computer layman.Recently I phoned to get assistance with gaming and who but the Wiz, Jared answered and helped me out, once again.
