“Christa Ellerbee at the front register at the Cold Spring store was very helpful yesterday. I called to inquire if TractorSupply had a Craftsman mower blade. (Home Depot does not carry Craftsman) She was willing to run back to the blade area and confirm the model was in stock and provided a price over the phone. It saved me a trip confirming this. She had it sitting at the front desk and politely and helpfully rang it u. Away I went. Thanks Christa for your extra effort. That is all it takes is that extra little effort and is so rare in this day Of course a lot of companies are overwhelmed due to shortage of workers but Christa didn't care. She made up for the slack. Thank you Christa.”
“Emma was extremely helpful! She even demonstrated how to use the cleaning products I was buying for my tank. Over and beyond customer service!! Beautiful fish and wonderful people!”
“Grooming from Jeremy & his team are fantastic! My German Shepherd hates having his nails trimmed & Jeremy always does so well with keeping him calm while still doing a great job. He always comes home looking fantastic when he gets groomed too”
“I would never trust anyone one but Aunt Dawn and her employees with my baby. The way she goes above and beyond is unmatched. My baby has medical issues and she took care of her like she was her own fur baby. Thank you to you and your staff for giving me and my family a worry free vacation.”
“Love Strausse Dog & Shirley! Shirley is a professional dog groomer and business owner, with years of experience.. and is an all-around wonderful person! The store has many healthy pet food & treat options, as well as cute accessories. I enjoy talking with Jeff, and he has given me good pet nutrition info. Reasonable pricing on services and goods. My pups have always received great grooming. (+ NO unhealthy perfumes or shampoos are used) Been a customer for over 5 years & wholeheartedly recommend Strausse Dog.”
“Chris was AMAZING help today! He took the time to troubleshoot one of my chickens symptoms and engaged in conversation with another shopper and we all discussed this and agreed the chickens symptoms and solved my issue!
And helped with my plant solutions.
Wow ! A one stop shop!
And with patient and friendly service. That’s rare in this day and age.”
“I always have great service at this Pet Wants. The young man that works there is nice and answers whatever questions you have. You can get a sample of their food if you want to try it. I have done this in the past and I am so glad this Pet Wants does this. It helped me to see if my pets like the selection I was going to purchase.”

“We take our small poodle whenever he needs to look and feel his best. The ladies at Dirty Hary’s never disappoint! They have a safe environment for our little guy to hangout until I can pick him up after work. Will be a customer as long as they offer services.”
“Been getting my food from Jeff for years now and I can’t be more satisfied. Best prices on chews and treats hands down, good quality and the food delivery service has been crucial for me ? thank you Jeff”
“Sad they don’t have 5.5 cans in weight loss but the manager and staff was super helpful and sweet finding me a different store that had what I needed ❣”
“this is my new favorite store! i had no idea this outlet was just down the street from me. prices are unbelievable. such cool and unique items . I also bought birdseed, which is the top quality at a really good price!”
“It’s been a struggle to find a groomer for my long haired cat and Macy is by far the best in my experience so far. Very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process, makes me know that my cat is in good hands! 10/10 would recommend”

“I adopted my dog from this shelter. They were very caring. Shelters are stressful for dogs, and the staff went out of their way to help my dog until he was adopted.”
“I’ve gotten all my mini schnauzers her and the customer service is so great. That is why I keep returning there and I always look for Alex or Rebecca because they definitely have the best customer service ever”
“I’ve done 20-30 delivery orders here as a driver and every time, no matter how crammed and busy the place is (tip: go weekdays before 4pm) the staff is always kind and helpful at finding stuff and making checkout as smooth/fast as can be. That being said I’m sure they’d benefit from having a 2nd register open at peak yet this seems rare, and I can’t comment on the grooming, med services or fish that other reviews point out. All I know is if I were a pet owner, I’d likely choose this store to shop in-person, given the consistently great staff and overall cleanliness that many others lack. Keep it up Newport Petsmart.”
