Kroger is a well-stocked grocery store offering thousands of food and household products. Many customers have shopped there for years, noting it is generally clean and organized, with friendly associates and items sometimes hard to find elsewhere. The location is convenient, and using digital coupons is recommended. However, this particular location has consistent and aggravating problems. Shopping carts often have broken, noisy wheels that are difficult to push. Critical items are frequently out of stock, including specific water flavors like Propel Mango and Peach and popular formula brands, forcing customers to shop elsewhere. Major issues are reported with frozen goods, especially ice cream. Stockers routinely allow pints, including high-end brands, to thaw before stocking, resulting in melted, dripping product and freezer-burned, rock-hard ice cream that is then sold at full price. Customer service is unreliable. The desk is often closed unexpectedly, even during daytime hours, or left unattended, requiring long waits for assistance. This includes handling returns, where a frozen pizza return was delayed because the sole service employee was on a dinner break. While some prices can seem high, sales are available. Overall, the store provides essential goods but is hampered by poor inventory management of key products, mishandling of frozen items, and consistently understaffed or closed customer service.
Phenomenal service at Kroger today! My Dad left his phone in the store and a wonderful customer turned it in. Cherokee was in customer service and he got his phone back. Thank yall so much

The stocking and price cards need work. They were out of lemons at 9 am on a summer monday. Except a dozen or so “organic” ones at a buck twenty-nine each, one day before rotting. Is there a section with correct pricing/ decent supply?
