“The is a really nice way to kick of a trip. The dining area is small, seat yourself old time atmosphere. The service was decent and the food was fantastic for a goetta lover. It is fun watching the locals interact with the staff and just makes you feel at home. Not much to say about the 'shopping' unless you like antiques. The location is about a 1/2 block from the river which is beautiful in this area and the little town and river front park is right out the door. Rosemary's house is just around the corner. When we were there, the town was setting up for the 'turning of the leaves' festival Wish we could have stayed for that as there are many crafters all through town and even a BB riverboat which comes up from Cincinnati on Sunday for the afternoon. I will put that on my calendar for next year. I would be glad to stop here again and get some more goetta or whatever they have.”

“Grandma's and Grandpa's Gas Station is an absolute gem! I stumbled upon this place during a long road trip, and it felt like discovering a hidden treasure. Friendly staff. Perfect atmosphere for the whole family.The gas prices were reasonable, and the pumps were efficient. I couldn't resist trying the pizza, and it was like a slice of heaven!Clean restrooms, great parking, If you're ever in the area, make sure to stop by Grandma's and Grandpa's – it's not just a gas station; it's an experience worth cherishing. “It's my go to store only had a problem with a night cashier I got a bottle and 2 packs of Marlboro blacks like every other time only this when I got home and emptied my bag I was missing a pack of cigarettes and they closed at 10 but I got the old skinny red head ladies card I don't have any problems with the company just her it'll never happen belive that”

If you have those traveling with you that need to use the restroom, you'll need to patronize the gas station across the street.”

“Plenty of truck parking and good food friendly staff been stopping here for the last 3years on my way to flemmingsburg to drop the next morning never had any bad experiences with staff and finding truck parking wish there was more mom & pop truckstops around some of the reviews I've been reading above this place are funny never had a bad experience. My theory people is you treat people the way you want to be treated. You come in with a bad attitude and you deserve to get one back. Will continue to stop here overnight every time I'm on my way to flemmingsburg.”
