When I went back to get the Durango I was so impressed with their work that I called them and told the manager how impressed I was with the work. “I brought my Kia for service here since I must have my regular oil changes done at a Don Franklin dealership to maintain my extended warranty. They did a good job, although I had to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment, making scheduled service late.”
“One clerk recommended a local auto repair place, but I really doubt he knew about them. He just grabbed a card from a bunch of stuff piled on the counter. No one was at that place despite a sign saying open 8:30 to 5:30 Mon. to Fri.
Another pulled up and looked unhappy they were closed.”
