This was great so I could start thinking proactive on getting these items fixed before I get stranded somewhere.”

I usually go to chain/dealership shops to get my car fixed, but I did some research this time and found “Dave’s Auto Care.” Which I learned is family owned! The gentleman running the place Senan, was very honest, informative & trustworthy. He actually cares about the safety of you, the vehicle and your pockets. “I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave
me....PRICELESS!!! So in return I am not only giving them a Well Deserved Shout Out, but also asking God to bless & protect Ryan, his lovely family, his employees and his life & business in every way!!!

“These guys made me a very good deal on a 2025 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro and I couldn’t be happier. They were very professional and while the process got rocky at times, I’m very happy to have gotten a deal made. Kemon was a very professional salesman and Sean, the finance manager was very kind. Derek is a very honest sales manager and professional. He was willing to help out when the trade in offset the initial numbers. Only real negative I have about this place is I wish we could’ve discussed the numbers on the trade in over the phone as opposed to on the spot because it is an hour plus commute and it would’ve resulted in a much easier deal process and much less of a tense time making a decision. Nonetheless, I don’t regret my decision with the deal as it was too good to pass up. Special shoutout to Luke Shirley who actually got the ball rolling with the deal and I wish he could’ve been there to make the deal happen. I recommend this place even if it’s not my preferred dealership to work with.”
