“was recently on a roadtrip from Florida to Norwalk, OH and my 13 VW Passat TDI decided to act up. I googled and found Dubwerx and they wouldn’t even look at it but they referred me to Eurauto. Great service, was able to perform a forced regen and get me back on the road but recommended that I get it into a dealer. Went over to Joseph’s VW and they were too busy as well and they referred me to Auto4N. Great service, great people, double checked everything and assured me that I could continue my trip without any issues and thank God I did and had a great time!”

“I just had the most delightful experience leasing a new XT4 from Cincinnati Cadillac. It started with a phone call to Ms Teresa who made my appointment and greeted us on arrival. Then we met Kyle, a sales associate who was so informative and helpful. She directed us to the vehicle for a test drive. Loved the way the car handled and it was such a quiet ride.Back at the dealership, Eric,the sales manager, got to work on putting an awesome deal together. The team work and the professionalism was epic. I was not expecting to close a deal today and yet, there we were all signed, (with Stephen, the finance guy) sealed, and delivered in a short period of time. Oh yeah, the parts department guy, Tim, even had my weather mats in stock…woohoo!So pleased to know some businesses still know how to put their clients first!Highly recommend!”

They also gave me some tips to help. Dropped the car off, they called back and gave me the total price with labor and taxes. Pretty reasonable and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need. Good to see there are still old school mechanics out here.”

“Good morning, I drive a Jaguar and it was in need of some repairs, me and my husband tried to take it to the Jaguar Dealership hear in Cincinnati, but after waiting 20 minutes in the shop with all the employees just letting us stand at the front desk, we decided not to use them. Now to the good part, we have always been a customer of Donovan's in Columbia township, but was unaware of Donovan's Specialty Shop, but as always, they are an amazing group of people, I love everything about this shop, and on top of that they got the job done, my vehicle is performing like it's a new vehicle after getting it back.
