Today I had trouble with the self-checkout (i had already scanned everything before checking if it was card-only - it was) and Michelle took care of everything for me. She helped me move all of my already scanned items over, and made me feel better about the situation. She is very patient and kind with her customers, and continues to impress me with her customer service. Michelle deserves a raise!”
