“The attendant, Larry, was extremely gracious and very attentive to the cleanliness of the store. The bathrooms were extremely clean, almost like new ones. When i complimented the bathrooms he said "thank you for noticing. I may not own the place but I truly believe that the cleanliness of the store is a direct reflection of me. Therefore I take pride in what I do" .I believe Larry should get a raise.”

“I stop in here just about every morning. Most of the employees know me and what I need when I stop. They are all so friendly and helpful, especially the guy who works 3rd shift with the long hair! I'd give him 5+ stars if I could!! There's not one single time I can think of that I've had a bad experience here. However, I give 4 stars because those poor employees worked almost the entire summer with no A/C. It was miserable in there a lot of days, and the candy bars and stuff were starting to melt. I'm not sure why it never got fixed... I'm just thankful they have heat right now! Otherwise I'd recommend this store above all the other options in the area. The employees are what makes it so great!!!”

“Long time fan of this place staff is like family. If in need they help you you know just what ever u need. However with all the new stuff going in behind them and all corporate needs to consider taking up a bit more property and updating that store and making the whole parking lot and access just some how better like a drive off that side road and parking behind the building and making the store a double entrance one from either side”

“I really, really, DON'T appreciate having to listen to five minutes of a recording before I can even start the process of getting through to the pharmacy. I had a time sensitive issue with a medication that I need to take on time every day. I wound up having to wait untill the next day to get it.The only reason I used it this time was because my regular pharmacy was out of that particular medication, and I do not plan on using this pharmacy again unless I have to.With my regular pharmacy, I dial the number and a human picks up every time. No waiting, no going through all the options and extensions.”

“Who isn't like a drive thru pharmacy that is open until 10pm!?! Is it the perfect pharmacy, no. That's because a perfect pharmacy does not exist. We're all regular people, working, paying bills and just trying to get by.My interactions are most always pleasant. We all have bad days so I'm not so quick to judge if a staff members aren't overly friendly. Our Berea location is solid. Dependable pharmacy staffed with pharmacist who are easy to talk to and down to earth, which is important when I have questions about medications.I've used photo services several times this year. No issues, great sales/coupons and quality photos.Curbside pickup for orders over $10 is amazing! Being able to add prescriptions to that order so even better.5 stars!”
