“Medsave pharmacy has been my pharmacy for years now. I want to say at least 5 years. Probably more. I don't ever want to go to any other pharmacy besides this one. The people know me by my name and my face. They know my husband because they know me. All I have to do is walk in, I don't even have to say anything and they call me to get my medicine on their own. They are so friendly here. Everyone is so so nice. They deliver medicine as well to their customer, and I use this feature often. The delivery boy is so nice and always brings me my medicine when I need it. I am taking a certain kind of medication that doesn't work as well when I use certain brands of it. There is one brand of my medication that works properly for me, my medical insurance didn't offer to cover it at first. My doctor told me she reached out to medsave (it's been a few years ago now) and told them what was going on, and they were willing to go above and beyond for me, providing me the certain brand of medicine that I needed. I have been receiving that same medication ever since and I couldn't be more thankful for Medsave. I will always, always, forever be with Medsave because I trust in them and I care for them, because they care for me. The only thing that could tear me away from this place is, if I lost my insurance. Then I would be forced to go to White House clinic so I could get the sliding fee discount..... And I would really hate to have to do that. White House clinic takes forEVER and a day to fill your prescriptions and they don't even offer delivery. So let's cross our fingers, that this new bill they passed doesn't get my medical insurance taken away... Because I wish to stay with medsafe pharmacy for the rest of my life. I appreciate this pharmacy and the people who work there so much. They are such kind, caring, respectful people that treat you like family. I'm on like 15 different medications, and Medsave fills every one of them and keeps them delivered to me on time so I never have to go without.”

“One of the best places in town for a quick healthy sandwich and add another $1.00 or so, for a side like potato salad, coleslaw or soup. I find that if my time is limited, and I am willing to drive from campus and need a break from my desk, this may be the place.”

“I really, really, DON'T appreciate having to listen to five minutes of a recording before I can even start the process of getting through to the pharmacy. I had a time sensitive issue with a medication that I need to take on time every day. I wound up having to wait untill the next day to get it.The only reason I used it this time was because my regular pharmacy was out of that particular medication, and I do not plan on using this pharmacy again unless I have to.With my regular pharmacy, I dial the number and a human picks up every time. No waiting, no going through all the options and extensions.”

“I had originally wanted to give a lower rating because I guess I go during their busiest times and always have a long wait. I transferred my 1 med filled there to CVS thinking it would be worth it saving my time. Nope, CVS doesn't take GoodRx for certain meds anymore making the cost $350. At Walgreens the same medication with a discount card is $30. Their prices definitely make me want to give them 5 stars because being disabled on many meds, cost is important.

Remember they are human being working there. I've seen people post they talk too much to other patients, are slow, etc. They are not robots, and honestly everyone I know talks while they work, so remember they are people too.”
