“I have nothing to say but good things about this pharmacy. Very patient, polite and prompt! You won’t have the hassle that you have with the big chain pharmacies, plus they deliver in the same day as they receive the prescription unless it’s after 6, but don’t quote me on the exact time because I’m not sure. “I visit here often and I never leave disappointed. I actually have became slightly obsessed with Walgreens. Madison that works here is a literal angel. I adore her and she never acts frustrated even times when I’ve came in like 10 minutes before they closed. I didn’t get the girl or guy that helped me tonight’s names but they were sweet too. I misread a sale price and needed to return something and she didn’t get mad at all. The guy and girl weren’t mad that I was browsing while they were trying to close. They also always really have amazing deals. Service is top tier and the store stays stocked, yall are killing the retail game at this location. ❤️”

“Don’t understand the ⭐ reviews. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Yes, their volume means you’ll wait a few days for a refill, and yes they could probably use additional cashiers (especially when a customer is carrying on with the personal talk). Today was in, Rowan jumped in as a customer was explaining why she needed her narcotics early and had two cashiers busy. Rowan got us in/out in just a few minutes. Been to Winchester & Lexington stores, Richmond is certainly my fav.”
