“My fairly new grill was malfunctioning. Pat was the key person to handle the problem. She had a member of her staff come to my home. He founs find the issue and solved the problem. Over the years I have found the entire staff to be helpful and kind. Patrons is a five star store !”

“Our plumber recommended we go here to find a part for our Moen kitchen faucet. We are new to the area and didn't know anything about this place. When we walked in the ladies at the front were super friendly and very helpful. I was surprised by all the products they carry. They even have Valspar paint, which is my fav. Anyway they didn't carry the replacement part we needed, (neither does Lowes) But he told us how we could get it for free from the company. And he was right, we did! Then he answered other questions we had about other things and I got to say it is so nice going to a local place instead of a big box store. We will be going there soon again.”
“My Stihl gas trimmer bit the dust after 12 great years of service. I got online and went to the Ace Hardware site and they had what I needed. I live in Louisville and the Ace store was in Taylorsville, which took about 40 minutes but it was very much worth it. When I arrived I was met by the all lady staff, I told them what I came for and then in a matter of minutes they had my new trimmer filled with fuel and ready for me to start it.
The store was being run like an expensive. The staff work together like a well oiled machine and they are an asset to the company. I can honestly say that wasn’t my last drive from Louisville to Taylorsville to make a purchase at Ace Hardware.
