“I just purchased a new Honda CRV a few weeks ago. My back passenger door was closed but the alert and light continuously was going off. I went to Alton Blakley service without an appointment just to see if there was something I was overlooking. They came out immediately and had me to pull into the garage out of the rain. They worked on the door and noticed it needed a new piece replaced. They ordered the piece, replaced it and offered me a ride to work all within 24 hours!! I did not purchase this vehicle at this Honda dealer. I have never been treated so well at a car service center!!! I don’t remember the two gentleman’s names who took care of me but I hope they know how much I appreciated them on that particular day. This is my first ever Google review, that’s how special they made me feel!!”

“Very knowledgeable open and honest about the cost and the repairs to the transmission and my stepson pickup truck. Was right on time with when they said the rebuild would be completed and they actually were done a day early. From what I gather my stepson is delighted with the results. Longevity of the rebuild is yet to be seen but I have faithfulness the gentleman did their job correctly. My only problem would be that they only offer a 6 month unlimited mileage warranty with the rebuild I would like to see that warranty go to one year unlimited mileage. Other than that the service was great and I would recommend Cumberland transmission to anyone needing a repair or rebuild.”

“First time customer Brought my motorcycle radiator to be repaired at this moment in time it’s a very rare part to come across been on backorder for years, so I was very upset that I could not replace the radiator. However, Warrick radiator service was able to repair my radiator. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy to receive it back in working order. The turnaround time was very fast. He estimated about four days to get it back and it was ready in about 24 hours thank y’all for all your help and getting us back on the road and riding again before the riding season is over.”
