“My husband and I took our Ford into Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset for an oil change. It was purchased in London, Kentucky, but they allow oil changes at any of their facilities and Don Franklin Somerset is the nearest to our home. We decided to go out and look at new vehicles while we were waiting and Colleen Owens came out to talk to us. We ended up purchasing a new 2026 Rogue right then and there! We even paid for the oil change on the Ford! Colleen was extremely helpful! We could have not asked for better ! We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much, Colleen.”

After our initial disappointing experience, the owner Mike Fox reached out to me and offered to repair and replace the assembly at no additional cost. It was taken care of yesterday. Mike was the one who met me at key drop off to reassure me it would be handled. His response to turn my experience around left a lasting impression. Quality work and outstanding customer service is what I was expecting from Fox Total Car care, ultimately that is what we got. Big thanks to Mike and his team for making things right.
We took our car in for oil change ($126) and it came back with an oil leak, we took it back and was told it needed a valve cover gasket replacement ($300). I approved the work and it came home with even worse oil leak. We took it back AGAIN for 3rd time and now was told the repair of valve cover gasket caused some other problem that will be over $800 in parts alone. I’m beyond surprised and disappointed in the quality of service. Each time taken for repair the cost doubled and worse problems caused by the repair. I’m honestly at a loss for words. I wanted to feel like I could trust this business and yet I leave feeling like I’m getting scammed. Very disappointed.”

We called this place first thing this morning and they had one and had me come on in took less then 15 mins. Only costed me $45! “First time customer Brought my motorcycle radiator to be repaired at this moment in time it’s a very rare part to come across been on backorder for years, so I was very upset that I could not replace the radiator. However, Warrick radiator service was able to repair my radiator. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy to receive it back in working order. The turnaround time was very fast. He estimated about four days to get it back and it was ready in about 24 hours thank y’all for all your help and getting us back on the road and riding again before the riding season is over.”
“I got some damn good tires. Cheaper for the two i got them the one I was wiped down the st. I was quoted 70. The tires i had to use were a little bigger so they rotated my tires and kept their word at 70. It took a little longer than expected. But I was out the door in my car within an hour and they stayed going strong the whole time i was in. It’s been a while since I seen a place where the workers give a damn about the consumer. They saved me a whole lot of friggen money. You guys earned my business. If you go anywhere else before calling Leslie you probably missed out”
“Very knowledgeable open and honest about the cost and the repairs to the transmission and my stepson pickup truck. Was right on time with when they said the rebuild would be completed and they actually were done a day early. From what I gather my stepson is delighted with the results. Longevity of the rebuild is yet to be seen but I have faithfulness the gentleman did their job correctly. My only problem would be that they only offer a 6 month unlimited mileage warranty with the rebuild I would like to see that warranty go to one year unlimited mileage. Other than that the service was great and I would recommend Cumberland transmission to anyone needing a repair or rebuild.”

“So far, we are 3/3 excellent experiences.
On one occasion, we had an alternator replaced on a vehicle. That vehicle now works very well. The turnaround time for this was quite reasonable, including the time it took to acquire the new alternator.
On another occasion with a separate vehicle we had a water pump replaced. The time it took to accomplish this repair was within 1 day of it arriving at the shop.
Finally, we had another vehicle and had brakes replaced on it. Again, service was extremely prompt (within 24 hours after being dropped off).
Overall, the owner's insights have proven to be spot on: he's helped us look out for things we might want to handle in the future. He also likes to inform you of precisely what he has done, a huge plus if you want to know what's being done to your car--which you should! Extremely satisfied.”
