A Allens Towing and Service employee, “Scooter,” had earlier helped us order food when the inside of the McDonald’s was closed but the drive through was open, because we did not have a vehicle and walked. I would trust him with any axle, transmission, or thing I need rolling! He didn't know he beat other estimates and he didn't know I was seeking him til after the job was done - he knew the mechanics of it well and I am pleased with service!”
“Awesome Customer Service! Had a fluid leak, suspected oil. My jeep was convenient to the workers, so they picked it up! They couldn't find the direct leak, so they cleaned everything and discussed with me to bring in after the leak started again. No Charge! That happened and they picked it back up, and pinpointed the leak, called me to discuss options, then they promptly repaired the leak. Then dropped it back off at my convenient location. Who does that? Obviously ownership has all the employees on board for "Customer First" service!”

“David and his staff are amazing. I had a stretch of two days of bad luck with my truck. I called David on my way into Danville, they were near closing. They stuck around and got me fixed in a jiffy. The next morning the drive shaft broke at the back of my transmission. I had it towed to Diesel Tech and they jumped on it and got me repaired the same day. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the staff. Highly recommend.”
