“I was so impressed with this location, the store is so well organized and clean. You absolutely can't beat the prices, but with this location you don't have to deal with the chaos typically associated with off-brand price stores. And to top it off, the staff are so helpful and kind. Shawn, the store manager, was walking around making sure patrons were finding everything they were looking for, and the check-out staff were friendly and thoughtful with packing up breakable items. I will definitely be back!”
“Outstanding crew at both stores! Just got back into skateboarding and I’m not in the greatest shape, more like I’ve turned into a shape ? but walked in, got my old favorite, Alien Workshop bought two decks and built up two boards, super helpful, boards have been doing outstanding.
But going in here was awesome, you won’t get the experience of a skate shop from a online store, they let you try the feel of each board, answer all questions you have and they don’t treat you like some newbie, they are nice and not judgmental, and always in a great mood. Please support these guys, they deserve it. Support your local shop and don’t buy online. Super awesome there!”

Jennifer is the perfect example of high quality performance for customer service. The steel toed boots I bought from there were pretty darn good too. It is amazing how such a heavy duty boot can be so comfortable and supportive. I am on my feet at work 12 hours a day. Standup Reach Fork Lift Operator here. “Decent selection, though styles are a bit plain. I suppose it's not easy making tending styles look good on bigger guys. Prices have always been on the higher side and I think that comes with the territory of being a specialty store. The staff here is always helpful. One of the few places that I can always find something the fits me.”

“I’ve been to this boot barn many of times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I came in today on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a hat. I was told at checkout that the employees who shape the hats weren’t there today and weren’t going to be there until Friday. I live over an hour away so I was on the fence. I needed it for the weekend so I was hoping for a miracle. The manager went out of her way to text one of the employees to see if she could come in and shape it real quick. The employee said yes! Great experience. Made my whole day. Everyone in that store needs a raise!”

“This is the 2nd time I purchased shoes from Footworks. The first pair of keens lasted for several years. I was due for a new pair so I stopped back in and talked to Ashlee, she was great! She helped me with finding the shoe I liked as well as other customers in the store.
They did not have my size in stock but she had it sent from another store the next day. I ended up getting a different shoe after they came in.
Both times I visited this store, it was a very nice experience. Will definitely return again.”
“Place was nice and clean, organized, customer service was on point. Couple of younger guys helping customers, a guy named Ryan I believe was in charge, I saw him getting on one of the younger guys for telling a customer they had something when he hadn't yet checked. You can tell dude really cares about his job. He helped me with everything I needed, ended up copping 3 pairs of Nikes while I was there (AF1, Air Max, Dunks), and he showed me some love for the fact that they no longer keep High top AF1s in stock when I told him I'd order them online. I've been here a million times over the years but this trip really stuck out. 5 stars.”

“We visited City Gear for the first time about 20 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the two employees were incredibly helpful, bringing us multiple shoes to try on and even checking other locations for different sizes. I kept apologizing for staying past closing time, but both employees reassured us to take our time and made us feel welcome. Exceptional service like this will definitely bring us back to this location!”

I'm so glad Foot Locker was able to assist us in not only finding shoes in there size, but also what they wanted. ? Gave 4 stars simply because they didn't have my 13 year Olds 1st pick in stock.”
