“I've been in the store probably around 4-5 times now. It's truly a trap! I can never leave without buying something with all their ridiculous good deals. They have a fairly large selection, stylish clothes and just way too much cool stuff not to spend $ there! Prices are great too! Love you guys!”

“Outstanding customer service. Highly knowledgeable and fast to serve even when multitasking with multiple customers at the same time. Jennifer is the perfect example of high quality performance for customer service. The steel toed boots I bought from there were pretty darn good too. It is amazing how such a heavy duty boot can be so comfortable and supportive. I am on my feet at work 12 hours a day. Standup Reach Fork Lift Operator here. Thanks a bunch Jennifer and thank you Red Wing of Florence. 😉❤”

“Decent selection, though styles are a bit plain. I suppose it's not easy making tending styles look good on bigger guys. Prices have always been on the higher side and I think that comes with the territory of being a specialty store. The staff here is always helpful. One of the few places that I can always find something the fits me.”

“So friendly, we will definitely be back. I had called and had an item put on hold but unfortunately there was an error made. When the item was picked up and the error was noticed the lady was so apologetic and made it right. Highly recommend this business for some of your dance essentials.”

“Their associate named Joy lives up to her name. I was trying to rush to find my coupons and rewards on my phone however I was unsuccessful, but Joy reassured me that I was fine and wasn’t holding up her line(even though I was.. lol). She made some suggestions and was able to help me locate my coupon. I feel like people like her are rare these days. She made the transaction so easy and helped me save some money. 10 outta 10 recommend she gets a raise🙌🏼❤”

“This is the 2nd time I purchased shoes from Footworks. The first pair of keens lasted for several years. I was due for a new pair so I stopped back in and talked to Ashlee, she was great! She helped me with finding the shoe I liked as well as other customers in the store. They did not have my size in stock but she had it sent from another store the next day. I ended up getting a different shoe after they came in. Both times I visited this store, it was a very nice experience. Will definitely return again.”
