“I dont post many google reviews but felt compelled to post this. Came through Ashland with my 5th wheel camper and blew a tire. Threw my spare on and kept on rolling. The spare was a dud and blew almost immediately. Limped my poor camper to the shop and tried to get 2 replacements for my terrible luck. They didnt have my specific tire in stock but had one i could limp home (roughly an hour and a half away) on. I insisted he sell me those tires because i was in a bit of a rush. Owner refused and instead called another shop in Ashland to get the correct tire. He paid for it out of his pocket and charged me no markup. The shop guys humored me and checked over the rims with me for any problems. Its so refreshing to have a repair shop doing honest business these days. If they were more local to me they would get all my business. If i had any regrets its that i couldn’t leave more of a tip for the guys there. They helped me so much getting my camper home in the time crunch i put myself in.”

I was recently traveling through with my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. Out of no where a bunch of alarms sounded on the dash and the engine started idling really hard. First point of praise is I called almost every other repair shop or service center in the vicinity and MaxxedOut was the only one who would even take a peak at it same day to see if they could pinpoint an issue. After having it towed to their shop, they did some tests/checks and diagnosed a blown head gasket. Decided to leave the Tahoe there and go home. I needed a ride to the rental car agency and without hesitation Tyler offered one.

Few days later they opened it up and confirmed it was in fact a blown head gasket and due to the damage and cost to repair recommended replacing the engine with a new one. Tyler and Shay both kept me up to date on progress and let me know of any change orders to the work. Picked the Tahoe up this past weekend and it’s back to driving like a dream.
